Course
The core skills every PM needs: scope, schedule, risk, stakeholders, and communication.
Overview
Project Management Foundations is a 4-week course built for professionals who are new to formal project management, or who have been running projects informally and want the structure, vocabulary, and tools to do it with confidence. You'll learn the disciplines every PM relies on: defining scope, building a realistic schedule, managing risk before it becomes a crisis, mapping and communicating with stakeholders, and reporting status in a way that builds trust instead of triggering more questions. Each week pairs a short lesson with a real template you apply directly to a project you're running today.

Self-Paced Video Lessons
Work through every module at your own pace, with lifetime access to revisit anytime.
Real, Ready-to-Use Templates

Live Q&A Sessions
Optional live sessions each week to ask questions and get feedback on your own project.
Hands-On Assignments
Apply every lesson directly to a real project you're currently running.

FAQ
No. This course is built for beginners and assumes no formal PM background — just some exposure to working on or coordinating projects.
It's self-paced so you can work through it around your schedule, with optional live Q&A sessions to ask questions and get feedback on your own project.
It builds the foundational vocabulary and concepts the PMP exam assumes you already know, but it isn't exam prep itself — the PMP Exam Preparation course is built for that structured path.
Lesson content for all 4 modules, the same templates used in the lessons (charter, schedule, risk log, stakeholder map, status report), and access to optional live Q&A sessions.
